Linear one direction objective slider which enables to switch the objective lens to proper broad range.

AF-OLS-L-MS, Linear objective slider has 3 types - 4 ports type (4 objective lenses), 6 ports type (6 objective lenses) and 8 ports type (8 objective lenses).
Can achieve high positioning repeatability with sliding type objective lenses.
Can be built into a laser repair system and an automatic inspection system, etc.
*Controller driver AF-OLS-LS is required separately.
