Software License Agreement

Clause 1 Use Right
  1. Chuo Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Chuo Precision Industrial”) grants the right to use the software program (hereinafter called “this software”) and the manual in accordance with this agreement clause to our customers as described in the following clauses.
    Use right is the right of the customer to keep, read, install, run, and display this software.
Clause 2 Copyright
  1. The copyright and other rights regarding this software and duplicates, in part and whole, attributes to Chuo Precision Industrial and licensers we granted the use right.
Clause 3 Use Conditions
  1. Use and the use effect of this software to obtain the customers' expected results are responsibility of the customer.
  2. The copyright and other rights regarding this software attributes to Chuo Precision Industrial.
Clause 4 Warranty
  1. Chuo Precision Industrial does not make any warranty regarding the software. In addition, Chuo Precision Industrial does not make any warranty for results gained due to use of this software.
Clause 5 Cancellation of Agreement and Indemnity
  1. When the customer breaches any of clauses in this agreement, Chuo Precision Industrial possesses a right to automatically cancel the use right granted to the customer and to stop the use of the product by the customer. In that case, the customer has to waive all contents of this agreement.
  2. Chuo Precision Industrial does not incur any indemnity and other damages occurred due to cancelation of the agreement regarding the clause for cancelation of agreement.
