Along with technical improvements of semiconductors, printed substrates, solar batteries, and LED, many components are downsizing and improving to the high accurate level. Glasses, which are the major material of substrates, are getting thinner, and moreover, glasses are taken over by films.

This product is applying the porous ceramics with uniform pores in micron unit. Therefore, it can absorb samples without flexure.
In addition, it used to be necessary to fabricate substrates in consideration with a size and a form of the sample; however, it is now possible to partially absorb the sample by absorption with porous ceramics.

<Feature comparison with conventional substrates>

Porous ceramics is fabricated with porosity diameter of approx. 2 μm.
In addition, fabricating substrates with a size as large as a surface plate is also available. If large-sized substrates are necessary, please consult us.
For absorption of samples, a vacuum pump (air source) is required. Absorption force varies depending on the vacuum pump to be used.
